- Promotion Eligibility: Past promotional clients are eligible for a new social media promotion twelve months after their last session date in our studio. Applicants for social media promotion must be 21 years or older.
- Promotional sessions are valid for 60 days after received.
- Pets: A maximum of 3 pets are allowed per portrait; Dogs must be always leashed when in the studio. Cats must come in a pet carrier or be leashed except when in the camera room. For safety reasons we have a maximum of 2 pets per adult.
- Number of subjects in a portrait: Portrait sessions may include up to eight subjects in a family portrait, fur family or children’s portrait. Additional subjects are $100 each and must be paid at time of scheduling.
- Babies: Babies must be 6 months old, able to hold their heads up and sit up on their own.
- Dancer Portraits: Dancers are required to wear an appropriate costume for their focused area of dance. Outfit changes are not allowed in complimentary sessions.
- $200 Deposit: All sessions require a $200 deposit for the two hours of studio time that has been set aside for you and your family. The $200 deposit is fully refunded on the day that you finalize your portrait. Please refer to the reschedule/ cancellation policy for all refund details.
