Studio Policy

  • Promotion Eligibility: Past promotional clients are eligible for a new social media promotion twelve months after their last session date in our studio. Applicants for social media promotion must be 21 years or older.
  • Promotional sessions are valid for 60 days after received.
  • Pets: A maximum of 3 pets are allowed per portrait; Dogs must be always leashed when in the studio. Cats must always be in their pet carrier except when in the camera room. For safety reasons we have a maximum of 2 pets per adult.
  • Number of subjects in a portrait: Portrait sessions may include up to eight subjects in a family portrait, fur family or children’s portrait. Additional subjects are $100 each and must be paid at time of scheduling.
  • Babies: Babies must be 7 months old, able to hold their heads up and sit up on their own.
  • Dancer Portraits: Dancers are required to wear an appropriate costume for their focused area of dance. Outfit changes are not allowed in complimentary sessions.
  • $200 Deposit: All sessions require a $200 deposit for the two hours of studio time that has been set aside for you and your family. The $200 deposit is fully refunded on the day that you finalize your portrait. Please refer to cancellation policy below for all refund details.
  • Cancellation & Reschedule Policy:
    • All cancellations require a minimum of 7 days’ notice. Cancelled sessions with less than 7 days’ notice, your booking deposit will become a studio credit.
    • All cancellations and reschedules need to be made by phone. 732-945-4101 (option 3) or by calling one of our direct studio numbers listed under studio locations. Sessions CANNOT be canceled via email or text message.
    • No-show. In the unlikely event that you do not call and do not show up the day of your session, your deposit is non-refundable.
    • We offer a one-time reschedule courtesy if you notify us more than 7 days in advance – Any sessions that are rescheduled more than once, your deposit will become a studio credit.
  • Late Policy: If a client, for whatever reason, is more than 20 minutes late to their session, we reserve the right to reschedule the session. We will do our best to accommodate your family at the time you reserved, but our commitment to quality does not allow us to rush through our work.
